Gale Banks on How to Engineer the Perfect Differential Cover

This series took way too long. I stayed with it as long as I could months ago and never did watch the final video or two. Not taking away from Mr. Banks, he is a freakin genius as far as im concerned. Just too much time between the drops.

Certainly appears to be some solid design principles behind the Banks cover.

With that being said, the OEM ones, especially on newer trucks is perfectly fine for 99% of people.
