Wish my garage is like that.
I like the look, and it allows a place for the delivery guy to car parts without the wife knowing.
Definitely stick build to match your house, it's in front of your house, it should look like it belongs there. I just finished a 30 X 40 X 12 that sits caddy cornered off to the front/side of my house and went stick built. It turned out great.
I did 2X6 to get better insulation as it's heated. Ran water electric, CAT5, cable TV and extra conduit for later pulls if need be.
Have you thought about putting your drive in doors facing the front yard and the man door at the corner closest to the house? You can eliminate the extra driveway by doing that.
Think you have enough outlets planned? Double that number lol.
Ceiling fans for sure, it was suggested to me before I built and am adding them this spring because I didn't think I would need them.
Like Sleek suggested, head over to garagejournal.com and do some reading, I spent weeks on there before I built.

People doors on every side, gotta be able to step out back! Pull through garage door if possible, and I really prefer large single door over two smaller ones.
I can't recall the orientation and privacy of your place, but one thing I really wish I could do at mine is open the garage without the entire neighborhood seeing inside. Something to consider when I eventually build my own.
Strong exhaust fan, or at least plan for one. We had those in our huge truck shop and they're invaluable in certain circumstances.
I don't know the implications, but I always think a slight angle to my floor so water runs out the garage door would be nice.
One of the reasons I suggested not having the drive in doors facing the road. I also like having minimal man doors and windows, less opportunity for break ins. Luckily I don't have neighbors or the road in view of mine, so I can "step out back", without anyone seeing me lol. Speaking of, are you planning a bathroom in there 13COBRA?
Yes I am.
Awesome, I didn't have the space or I would have. I'm assuming you're doing a floor coating? Racedeck?
separate door and area (walled off) for the mowers and other yard equipment. They constantly will bring dirt and grass in, and the smell of wet grass and mold. it will be so much easier to keep your garage clean without stinking, dirty lawn equipment. Leave enough room in that area to service the mowers too (oil changes, blade sharpening, etc), that will keep the mess out of your nice, clean area.
that sounds good. I thought the entire building was open........how about a second lift so I can bring my GT500 out and clean under it? It probably would enjoy visiting you again......
