Southwestern CO provides some pretty areas and fun for driving. The million dollar highway (550) between Montrose and Cortez/Durango. If you're down that way head over towards the 4 corners, or even Alamosa for the Sand Dunes.

Or head towards Pueblo and take Highway 50 out to Canon City and visit the Royal Gorge for the attraction and train ride.

Another drive that I did here recently was from Denver to Mesquite. The mountains are gorgeous and even Mesquite itself wasn't bad especially if you guys golf

Yellowstone and Glacier Nat'l Parks.

Montana has a lot of beautiful areas to drive, beartooth pass from red lodge to Cooke city is always on a top 5 most scenic drives, from Bozeman into west Yellowstone is a great drive. Glacier is beautiful too, Cody, wy is 90 min from Billings( my home) Sheridan is a cute town to see along with a drive over the bighorn pass to bear lodge. There are some amazing sights, and events depending on what time of year.
