WTB stock ecu and upper pulley

Hey guys, got a car that was flagged for ref inspection. I need a stock ecu and upper pulley. I dont even know if they exist, but I would prefer one thats never been flashed. Ours has been flashed to stock, and the ref failed the test. Ford apparently cant even do anything for this unit Ive got.

Fords flash along with a receipt saying it's got the latest calibration from ford should be enough for the inspection.

Thats what I was told initially. Car was at Ford for 3 days while they figured out what to do. Upon a return trip to the ref, the car failed the ecu test. Went back to Ford and they said Id have to get another ECM

I have a ecu I wouldnt mind selling but it has a tune on it for my set up. I sold the sct x4 cus I am going to stand alone. If ya think ya might make it work I would be willing to part with it.

Still in search of a completely stock ecu. Ive tried multiple ones that had tunes, were flashed to stock, and still being flagged by the state ref.

i,have a stock cobra ecm if you still need one...
