Suspension Questions

I had installed BMR performance spring, solid LCA w/Relocation Brackets and adjustable pan hard bar.

I was getting A LOT of rear creaks and noises as if something was moving. I tried for days to figure out why, and ended up swapping back to my stock springs. The problem disappeared About 75 percent.

min doing this I just realized there are no isolators on either the top or the bottom of the rear springs.

Is this vehicle supposed to have upper and lower rubber isolators for the rear springs? If so I would say this is a big cause of my problems.

I want to install my BMR springs again and want to make sure I have all parts so I only do this once.

Also, I’m still getting some creaks from the rear even with the factory springs back. And tips for the LCA and Relocation brackets I should know about?

Last question. Where is the alignment adjustments for this car? I need to get it aligned since I have now swappers twice without alignment.

I want to make sure I install everything in The correct manor as far as the strut tower, spindle ex....

No isolators for the rear springs? The vibration I was receiving with the lowering springs war HORENDOUS. The suspension breakout also shows and upper and lower isolator for the rear springs.

I have removed isolators and have not noticed any difference in NVH. At the end of the day, when riding on a modified suspension a little NVH is to be expected. When you are in a louder car with exhaust and such anyway, its hardly noticeable IMHO.

I would agree. However I was getting a terrible vibration. When under load if I tapped the rear springs with a mallet. I would get a loud vibration that would last for about 10 seconds. This issue went away after going back to my taller OEM spring.

I ordered a set of isolators and will reinstall.

as far as the LCAS any specific tips as far as tightening under lid or or not for a correct seating of everything?

Also in reference to the front end. Should I need any sort of camber bolt or plates?

i ordered a new set of Bolts as Ford claims they are a one and done. Want to make sure the shop can get me within spec without anything else needed.

I have BMR performance spring with the oem SVT Bilsteins.

I’ve also read something about rotating the strut housing ? Any input on this,

Had the same noise issue...turned out to be the Heim joints were not aligned properly. Took a bit to figure it out but that was my problem.

Heim joints on the pan hard bar? That may resolve the squeak. But definitely not the clear noise from the springs.

It isn't the strut housing, it is the c/c plate. You can rotate them 180* and get more camber (the top of the tire tilts inward) instead of getting adjustable c/c plates. This is a "cheat" when doing lowering springs. I can tell you on my 14 PP I put Ford Racing L springs on and did the rotation. It gave quite a bit of camber, so much so that I put them back to stock orientation and they are wearing just fine.
