How bad is it to install a full return style system? My tuner would do it for $1,100 (12 hours labor). Is it worth paying for or is it not bad to DIY?

Honestly if you feel confident, I would do it yourself. Tons of diagrams online for proper fuel flow, and with DIY you can build it to your standards. Alot of places sell full kits as well. If anything, parts selection is the most difficult part. For $1,100 you can get so many great parts, put that back into your design! There's many people on here for much more experience than me who I'm sure will chime in.

Here's a great photo from Aeromotive for a proper return style system. Aeromotives website has a ton of great info on what's needed for what power goals.

I can do about anything to my car, never messed with a fuel system so I guess that's the department where my confidence is low.

Take a few days and do research. You're confidence will go up after you understand. I did my fuel system over the winter. Ended up doing Lethals system. Install went well. We'll help you out.

Do it yourself, it's pretty easy. I kept the stock rails. I didn't upgrade right the first time and later had drop the tank a second time to add e85 pumps and a bigger feed line. I then switched to a dead head setup.

Definitely feels great seeing the end result knowing you did it yourself.

Plenty of us on here can help you with any questions.

Op get with a vendor here and go Fore. I did the Level 1 E with 465s. MalcomV8 says it’s good for 1200hp.

Delete their “ controller” and run two $7 relays.

Stock rails are supposedly good till @800hp. I deleted the rails because I wasn’t pulling my blower to do them.

My car is on blocks for a radiator install so I can send pics of fuel line routing and fuel filter placement.

There’s lots of info in the Terminator how to

Fore is a great system. If you are a little nervous about doing everything. Lethal's system comes with the relays and is all pre-wired. Either system is will work well.

So the Fore system does not have the harness like the Lethal system? When I priced through the lethal system, it was $1,900 compared to the $1,100 Fore system

I'd go fore. And I like the clean look of their controllers over relays.

Good choice going with fore. Install isn’t too bad. I looked at Bdubbs install pics multiple times to help me with my install. Plenty of good info and pics on here to reference.
