Its a 4cyl fox for all the guys saying leave it alone... not like it's a 93 Cobra R lol.
Mod it and enjoy it.

Engine isn't turbo, so... Guessing he just tossed on some wheels and tires.Am I the only one who chuckled after reading all the comments about how slow it is, yet it's got MT DR's on it? lol

I like the car. It's different.
Keep the stock appearance inside and out, but add a mild turbo 4.6 DOHC with a 6R80.
It would make a nice, clean sleeper.
Take the $ flip it. Such an original car is worthy of being saved.
If it were a 5.0 I'd say leave it alone. Since it's a 4 cylinder, I wouldn't think twice about a tasteful coyote or even SBF swap. I'd leave the body and interior alone though.
Or you flip it now if you don't want another project.

Would love to have a dark sage green coupe parked next to my dark hyland green bullitt

On the other hand, the new owner might be the one to tear it apart and take a shit on it's originality. If OP does keep it as a parts getter, he'll be the worthy owner of i for that purpose and it would stay stock-ish.Take the $ flip it. Such an original car is worthy of being saved.
THIS!! +1If there’s anyone on this site worthy of taking a minty fox and tearing into it I think we all can agree it’s in the right hands.
Man, you have car ADD.
Well the 85 is "done" and the bullitt was bought done, so I could guess you'll do little on that except for take some offer and sell it in 3-6 months, so that leave this.
I see one of two thing. Someone will PM you an offer here or instagram and it will be sold within the week, or you'll get bored and do a basic 8.8/t5/302/carb setup. I would call that a little boring as I'm an EFI guy but I know you like carbs and likely don't want to deal with the wiring of an EFI swap.
If there’s anyone on this site worthy of taking a minty fox and tearing into it I think we all can agree it’s in the right hands. This car looks ripe for a v8 and some other goodies. Tear into it. Followed you on ig last night for more haha
THIS!! +1
Considering how ALL your other cars turned out...whatever you want to do is good with me!
I'll just sit back and enjoy watching the progress.
I do have car ADD lol. not just with the fun cars, with my daily drivers as well.
The 85 is actually undergoing EFI swap so that should be done soon. The Bullitt sold in 5 days, whoops.
As for the notch, I have a few guys sending me messages already on IG but I'm not sure I'm ready to let this one go just yet. You are 100% correct that was the direction I was leaning, simply because I wanted the car to appear as if it was stock from the factory. big air cleaner with the air ducts. 5 speed. nothing crazy. 300 to the tire.
I would agree boring, but at the same time I never get too deep into a car where I can't make any money on them. that's my rule with depreciating assets (minus the red 85, I didn't care on that one). If I went too deep it would be mine forever or id lose money... I don't like losing money.
