Mustang owners amirightIt’s so funny watching people get up in arms about what others do with their belongings. Funny I rarely every see this type of crying say with viper guys buying ACR-E cars and doing big power turbo roll racing builds. Never do I hear anyone mention it would have been cheaper to buy a base model LOL
They’re on the wayEver get those oreos? Cool build
Apparently of the Ford reds, Performance Red is the most expensive to buy

Again, the eyebrow raiser here is the MASSIVE price differential of a chipping a $50k Cobra R into a a shell and building a race car vs buying a $500 shell and building a race car.
There isn't exactly a comparable for the Viper V.

Do you have any more underbody pics showing the attachment points for your roll cage and subframe connectors? Looking for inspiration on a cage for my fox. They’re on the way
I'm just feel guys that do this are doing it for the attention. No one cares about a fast V6 shell, but look at all the excitement, likes and follows you get when you chop up a Cobra R.Certainly a valid point for the majority but it doesn't appear that the OP has any concerns around money. I think it's a awesome build but what the car will be worth in say 30-40 years compared to if it was left alone will be interesting. Personally, if I was building something that had to have the cobra badge, I would of started with a 99/01.

White knight much?No one is making you like or follow the build.

Definitely not spending a bit and “ruining” my car for likes. I’m doing it because it’s gonna be awesome, fun, and make great memories. It’s really that simple.I'm just feel guys that do this are doing it for the attention.
