IDN what it is about Alaska and their serial Killers but there are more there than anywhere else by a long shot! This is a scary dude and there are MANY more like him. He could have killed dozens the FBI isn't sure.

FBI states there are anywhere from 25-50 serial killers in operation at any given time in this country alone. Thousands around the world.

Serial killers usually lead normal lives and have families and kids. Ur next door neighbor essentially. Alaska has the highest suicide rate as well. Maybe the cold and darkness triggers evil and hate IDN. Its so vast U could hide a body anywhere!

California has done excellent work in this area as well.

My vote would be for Washington State.
