Probably because if he puts it the correct way, the belt touches.
Needs to move a 90mm up there as that looks like a 100mm at least.

Write your username and today’s date on a piece of paper
Put that on the car and capture a picture showing the car and the paper.
It’s to verify that someone didn’t steal those photos and post the ad.
