Wanted to check how much boost it makes, I never got a good look at the gauge. I think it might be making a hair more with the cats on it. Seems to be right about 17. I did order a bigger K&N I'll probably stick that on when it gets here tomorrow. Maybe I'll just return it idk.

It sounds so much less shitty. My ears aren't ringing and I don't stink like a lawnmower.

It's almost too quiet which is funny. So quiet. It has a Borla Stinger catback on it, so it shouldn't be that quiet. All you can hear is the blower now.

Man, I wish I had more free time to work on my black coupe. I just threw a car cover on it outside and that’s where it will enjoy its time until I get the new clutch, and such. It’s just meh pulling the transmission out on your back lol.

I’ve tried having a quiet mustang…never lasts. My cars are loud AF and I don’t care.

Ordered a set of BMR lower control arms. They showed up today so I tore her down and removed the old ones...

Some generic brand. With rubber bushings! Junk! The first side had a small split in one, the passenger side was destroyed.

Also got my passenger side muffler to stop rubbing on the floorboard.

Adjusted the pinion angle again after I felt some vibration with the new lower control arms. I put them in a half inch shorter than before.

The uppers were easier to get out and adjust than I thought they would be. Have to use two jacks to get them back in, though. Also one of the bolts was loose on them...

Figured I would drain and fill some fresh fluid in the T56 while I was at it.

Cleaned out the JLT filter and put it back on, quite a bit bigger than the K&N I bought.

Front brakes today, Ordered some powerstops. Front end was shaking bad when braking.

Driver side pads looked similar to the new pads, passenger side was different pads! Pads seem to be wearing evenly and had a bunch of meat on them still. Also looked like the same slotted and drilled rotors were on there but they were cracked.

Stops nice and smooth now. But of course these cars need more brakes up front. Was really only trying to spend $200 right now.

Yeah, people don’t get how bad the stock brakes are until they drive a car with a better braking setup.
Facts bro. Have you ever seen the video of 1320 back In the day where he drives that twin turbo cobra vs his ZR-1? When the cobra driver gets in his ZR-1 he says. “So this is what non shitty mustang brakes feels like”

After installing my BBK, I'm never not doing that on any car I plan on making power with.

Tired of this thing flopping around like a fish, ordered some full length subframe connectors.

Now to see how long I will have to wait to get the local shop to install...Should have done this over the winter.

Mine are still in their box. I need to make my dad free up his lift so he can help me install them.

There is a shop down the street I could call but I hate paying for stuff I can do myself.
