What ford is failing to recognize is the buyers they're targeting can't afford the product.

Hell, I can't afford their product and I'm old.

The only two S650's I've seen so far were being driven by what looked like kids in their early 20's

This is exactly right. A Ford rep was spouting this nonsense off when they were showing off the cars at Carlisle this June. "It's designed for a younger demographic!" The market for "Zoomers who can afford a 40-60,000 dollar car and want a Mustang" is extremely small.
