Yeah it is. Back in 2015 when the ATF announced changes to the application process for NFA items, I stamped a few lowers just to have.
This one has been sitting in a box just waiting around.
The barrel on this one is 11.5 inches.
My other green rifle is also a Geissele, but a factory gun with a pinned and welded 14.5" barrel...

Perhaps you wanna look into the newer A17 grips… the have a slightly better angle…
Lastly, that green color scheme is the bees knees. Big fan of green on rifles.

LA offers lifetime. However, you still have to take the class every five years. I renewed last year via an online course and went shoot with a local instructor. It sure beat spending day in class.
Lifetime basically saves you from having to submit prints, picture and paying the state fee every five years.
