I'm on the final episode now. It's easily one of the top shows this year and of the last few years. It's really good.

Never played the video games. Heard the show was good and got the wife to watch it with me last night. Episode 1 was great. Wife is hooked so that's a bonus. Production value and budget of TV shows these days is absolutely insane.
Having played far too many hours of Fallout 3 in 2008/9, this is truth.

I had to look “her” up… woof, lol at least she doesn’t play a big part in the series… yet anywaysWatched the first episode last night with the wife. Not bad thus far and good enough to continue watching the next episode however, I could do without Xelia Mendes-Jones being in it.

It's a fairly minor role. Plenty of dialogue but she's not in it much.
Really liked it. There are a few plot holes that could use some explanation, but am anxious to see where season 2 goes, assuming they bring it back.
Loved Fallout 1 & 2.
Fallout 3 and 4 were created by retarded apes. While fun to play the world they "built" was trash.

I still can't get into the Fallout games but Goggins is solid. A spinoff focusing on Baby Billy would be a riot.
I have never played them, but definitely knew of them. After finishing up the series I decided to download fallout 4…not my cup of tea, lol… but the series has been f’ng great! Goggins was bad ass, would definitely want to see more of his character next season.
Said the same thing up until late last year. Started playing and forced myself through the first grind of it. Enjoyed it thoroughly after that because decisions you make in regard to missions and characters impact others down the line. The DLC made it even better, Far Harbor especially. Now I just run around with a big radiation powered sledge crushing heads
You know, they’re releasing an update (finally) this month for free for FO4. Supposed to have finally squashed the bugs, added more content and visual/frame rate upgrades.

This whole thing takes place 300 years after the bombs dropped.
Why is the world still a trashed out shithole with skeletons? Where are the villages, towns and farms?
I did play the first two, albeit very little as I couldn’t get into them. Also why I didn’t think I could get into playing 4. I think it’s like 217 years after the bombs dropped but I get your point. There are farms and Diamond City as well as GoodNeighbor.
You have to remember though that with the majority of civilization wiped out and the rest who had intelligence holed up on the vaults, it was almost a devolving point for humanity like the dark ages which lasted for some 500 years mind you. Is it that much of a stretch? I get the point about folks not cleaning where the live etc.
If you over analyze anything like a game or book, you can usually find plenty of fault in it. Bethesda is also terrible about rushing things. In the end, agree to disagree I guess.
I enjoyed the games and I’m not a rpg player but something with the fallout story always intrigued me. Loving the show so far I’m halfway through

I played New Vegas and Fallout 4. I did enjoy both though I got into new vegas like 2 years after it was released so a lot of bugs had been worked out.
No time for video games any longer after my 1st son was born and now really no time with an infant in the mix.
