well i wasnt sure what year bumper this was cause all it says is 99-04 mustang cobra bumper. nut the thing is it looks like an 03 but then the foglight holes look like they are tilted up. heres the pic also would i have to make any adjustments or will it be an easy install on a 99 gt?
