Whats the defference between the 2001 5.4 and an 2006 5.4 ( long block wise) Seeing if i can put an 2006 5.4l in my 01 lightning with all the eaton supercharger parts on top.

Blew my motor on m 01 Lightning and was wondering if I can use a regular 5.4 long block out of an F-150 and put the Lightning Eaton and everything that goes with the blower on and will it work? I can get the regular 5.4 motor free.

Well what can I say but that the passenger side piston top took a vaction out the side of the motor, I`m guessing the number four piston right above the starter, at least thats where i found the piston top and the huge hole in the side of the block. This is the second stock motor, the first was...

After installing the LFP big mouth TB, I keep getting a trouble code of p1121 on my SCT Xcal 2. anyone knows a possible cause, or what's this code for.
