I recently has a V-2 s trim put on my 2001 cobra. Everything runs fine, but I run into a problem starting the car. When cold it cranks right up but if the car is warm or hot, it hesitates a bit. Once it's on it idles fine and pulls great. Any ideas? Is this normal?

Basically as the title states, I can't figure this out. My problem is I can't break the nut loose on the top of the strut. I jacked the car up, took the wheel off, put a jack under the control arm, and nothing. It won't spin at all. Am I going about this wrong or missing something?
