I am looking at purchasing an 03 tonight with 70k miles on it, single owner that did all the maintenance so no records were provided to the dealership. What if anything should I look for on this car, are there any particular items that are prone to wear out or go bad prematurely? I plan to ask...
I am in the process of doing an IRS swap into a Foxbody and am looking into options for IRS housings as the one coming with the IRS cradle has snapped mounting points. Has anyone had a similar issue and swapped to the cast iron T-Bird (or the like) housing or the newer 07-10 Explorer housing...

Little late but I figured I would post this and see if anyone is planning to go to this event or are already attending. I saw a few mustangs were signed up in intermediate and novice.
I recently installed front and rear braided lines. I found Ford spec to be 41ft/lbs for the banjo bolts but that has to be wrong as one of the supplied banjo's snapped. I replaced it with the stock bolt for the time being. Two questions, what has anyone found to be the correct torque spec and...
Has anyone driven an Elise that can give pointers, this particular one that we have going into track rotation is super charged. I am sure since the car is SC just like the last one that I tracked throttle out of corners will need to be watched, other than that this will be a whole new ball game...
As the title states, which would you go with? Though the Cortex TA is close to twice the price money isn't exactly an object. I know a good TA is supposed to help plant the rear but have also heard of axle tramp under hard braking. Which would you go with?
I had what I would describe as a mechanical failure. The video pretty much shows what happened, http://youtu.be/l6yDNQMbUpM. My question now is what would you suggest as a replacement car. I am not sure the motor is good or if it is there is going to be some serious work that will need to be...
What are people using for alternators for a track car. This is the 3rd dead alternator, first was stock, 2nd eagle, 3rd a rebuild of the eagle, which might have just died.
I am selling the beta that was used for testing. It has roughly 5k miles on it, not that it matters since it is a no moving part. It is the same design as the current model being sold on CJPP except it isn't powder coated and I was not giving the MGW adapter plate to allow for the bracket to...
Every so often the steering wheel will become slightly off center, seems to happen when the car is jacked up and the steering wheel is turned. Eventually it centers itself and everything is fine it is just an annoyance. Also when it is off center the car still tracks straight so it isn't...
I may have posted earlier on here about the Blowfish shifter bracket that I was lucky enough to beta for Steve and I was very happily surprised at how much of a difference the unit made. Finally it has been made available for pre-order/purchase and I just wanted to get the info out to anyone...

I have searched online for a little and haven't been able to find anyone who makes a tubular bumper support to replace the giant stock support. Are there any vendors that make them to order or would it just be best to hit up a fab shop and have them make one?
I have the stock Boss shocks and struts, getting ready to replace them with Koni Sports. They have 31k miles on them so far. No pictures as they are currently on the car but they have not been abused. Looking for 200+shipping cost OBO.
