So I think the bearing in my lower supercharger pulley is bad. It sounds like it is and that pulley seems to be wobbling around a lot is there a way for me to check it before I go buy a another one.

Well after months of work I got my eaton swap completed. Took the car up to Greg at RET on Friday for the tune and it put down 424 horse and 465 torque. Would like to thank everyone that helped by answering the many questions I posted.
