I've got one buried somewhere in my trailer. If I'm able to get to it, I can let you know. It's from a pre-gen 1 blower, which has the large bypass valve provision.
So after watching some review videos on the youtubes and seeing a twister orange example with the HP, I put in a custom order with MAS while I was in Korea... they came in under MSRP fully optioned minus the voice activated NAV (who needs this anyway?). It's set to be built in the next couple...
Hey, not sure if you've located some, but I've got a set of 18" SVE 10th anniversaries. 18x9 & 18x10, gloss black with machined lip. They were mounted on the car and sat for a few years with no miles before they were removed for a set of Series 1's.
Alright folks, after another stint in Korea, I'm back in the states. As such, these headers are actively back on the market. As stated in the original post, I'd really rather local pick-up, or I can meet in the middle of a reasonable distance to make the transaction. I have had a few DM's on...
I know it's an old thread but the BBK twin blade or a dragon (if you're handy with a dremel) are your only options with the twin blade inlet. I do have a spare single blade inlet collecting dust that would work with the other mono-blade TBs.
Not sure if anyone has made a similar tool, but I threw this together so I can make on-the-fly pulley combo decisions. This is a comparison of blower speed ratios, with a direct relationship with engine RPM for various pulley combos to give you a good look at how your pulley combo might stack...
If I weren't in the middle of a 2.9 crusher build i'd be all over these things! I'll definitely nab them if they're still around when I'm in the market. GLWS
*edit, didn't see they sold, smh
I am on the fence on selling my Gen1 2.3 setup, but I'd only sell complete, so if someone comes along with the right offer, hey. That's the blower, 3" whipple pulley, 2.6" Reichard Racing pulley, ported inlet, dragon TB, Gen2 JLT high boost, BA3000 MAF, IAC relocation w/ tubing, IAC block-off...
I've got manifolds and stock H pipe with cats. Came off an 03 car w/ 40k miles. I won't ship, but I can meet near Jacksonville. Make sure you get the right year or be prepared to buy oxygen sensor extensions.
600 is certainly doable on a twin blade. I personally had the dragon on an early 2.3, made 600whp on 91, 18 psi and 16° of total timing with a 3" upper stock lower. On a 2.6" upper and 21° of timing with Torco 108 in the tank, it made 670whp. Stock manifolds and o/r x pipe with wonderful...
You guys cracking the throttle body? My stock 04 cobra engine (8.5:1) and others I've tested are typically in the mid 150's to low 160's. Just curious.
