Recently ordered a new alternator because my j2fab failed on me, I removed the alternator now the pulleys are slightly different sizes, im currently running a K080751HD gates green belt, should i just go up one size?? I'm new at these belt sizes

I have a 03 just noticed of headlights, dash, taillights flickering, I have a voltage gauge reads around 13-14 its a jfab 180 Amp, bought a new battery didn't change anything had the alternator tested they said it was good not sure what's going on. Any suggestions would be great thank you.
