2003 cobra wouldnt start. Replaced battery cranks real slow i put my meter on the car reading 13v until i go to start then drops to 11v im thinking starter? Anyone else hae this issue? I also tryed popping it in geR wouldnt work pulled a plug and it was very wet. Im assuming from trying to start it.

I just put on the msd two step ignition box i bypass factory coil plugs and pigtail through box. Only thing is now i cant seem to think of a way of putting coil covers back on... Does any have have this same issue and a solution? Or would it be ok to run no coil cover. Cat is an 03 cobra 10th ann
