    It definitely matches the clutch because otherwise it would never engage the pilot bearing and the splines on the clutch. I got a bore scope today and I'm going to look and see if anything is touching.

    There can be rubbing. I think the max section width I can get away with is probably 12.5".     I ran ET Street S/S 295/65 and I got a good 2500 miles out of them. Probably would have gotten more if I ran a little lower pressure and still could have raced with them. Problem was the circumferential grooves had worn way down and it was squirrely in the rain. I am leaning towards running...
