Plan is for boost on this car, down the road. I’ll probably focus on suspension and clutch first. Steeda for suspension and a mantic or Mccloud clutch. Will see
Picked up a ‘13 Boss with 18k mi on the clock. I believe the only option on it is the Recaros and Torsen. No plans to go crazy with mods since this car is mint.
Goal is to get into the 11s with no tuning and have a fun street car that’ll see 2-3k mi/yr. Swapped out plugs to ngk 6509, oil...
Like mentioned above, many parts of Austin are a shithole nowadays, sucks to see because I was born and raised there. I think at least a 20-30 mile radius away from these cities, should do it. Don’t have to deal with the zombies at every corner, etc.
kiss is what I keep telling myself. H/C ls7 or ls3 + boost. I won’t be chasing numbers or hp. Been there done that.. that shit gets old. Just a fun street car is what I’m looking for.
I like the c7z but can’t swing it. I’m not an svtp baller. That said a gs/c6z is within striking distance. Y’all have me looking at HC combos for the Z lol
Very valid points. After getting feedback , I am no longer considering the 5.0.. like you said, been there done that. There’s a couple c6z FS near by that I may check out. I’ll test drive and make my best judgement call.

I think the corvette is more of a grown up car. A lot of kids drive bagged/bunch of sticker s550 around here and I don’t want to be a part of that shit show.

Brand new 5.0 mt82 or c6 corvette gs/zo6 manual trans. Really the only cars I’m considering (must be a coupe and manual transmission)
