    Question about 2001 Bullitt

    Looking at purchasing a 2001 Bullitt... I was just curious about a flaw on the car: I looked at images online and this is not a common thing to see. The car has a spotless title, but this spikes some questions (wreck?). I don't really understand why the paint would be like this. Any help...
