Have to smog my 03 and it's been tubed with diablo sport. Even though I put the stock chip the monitors are disabled. Any idea how to enable them again?

It looks like here in socal that many are asking a few thousand what others get somewhere else. 50k miles for 21+ and 100k miles for 17k+. Miles dont bother me too much since i believe its a car and should be driven. I would like a good return if i decide to sell the car for whatever reason...
