Well good news. My welds were perfect and alignment shop said my numbers were spot on. Ill be adding gussets to build a little more strength into the piece. Should get another 20 years out of them!

Well good news all around. I was able to remove ears, clean and reweld. Monday my Alignment shop confirmed perfect inspect rear numbers. So, I'll now go back in and add gussets' to the knuckle end of the lower control arm. It will be better than new.

I’ve welded up one side already that was on a weld seem and caught it before it broke away
Had it aligned and all good
This new break on the other side and is in a bad spot to cleaning reattach

Broke my Kenny Brown rear lower control arms on road course. Second time. First time weld failed and was able to rear. Second one other side complete catastrophic failure. Time to change back to stock lowers
