I have had some extensive conversations with Fathouse and other build owners over the last two weeks and haven't heard of a single instance of failure. To be on the safe side we decided to leave mine on the 3.25 pulley since I do more track than drag events.
I've read that, but there doesn't seem to be a clear reason or combination that's causing the issue. On the positive side, I've got the MoTeC that will continually monitor and enable safeguards if there is an issue.
No numbers yet. The video I posted was an initial dyno session on the 3.875 pulley. I'll have additional videos and numbers this week.
