Taking off the gas cap is enough to relieve the pressure in the lines, or is there another area where to relieve the pressure?
What is all needed to relieve the pressure off the fuel lines? Other than taking the gas cap off and relieving the rest of the pressure from the fuel rail valve?

otherwise, it could be your oil cooler that grenaded. the bottom of my motor looked exactly like your pictures when my oil cooler let go. if you manage to take off your oil filter check and see if there's antifreeze leaking...
i have a 98 cobra and looking for a discontinued hose that i'm having trouble finding.
my hose in question (motorcraft # F7ZE-8C351-AB) runs from the bottom of the degas bottle to the very top of the thermostat housing.
i found a possible hose that looks to be for the terminators...
