This weekend I will be installing the Chevy 2" shackles and removing the shims on my 03. For everyone that has done this, what step should I do first, swap the shackles or remove the shims? I am just trying to get an idea what method would be easiest.

For everyone that drives in the snow, what kind of rims and snow tires have worked best for you on the Lightning? Winter is just around the corner and I need a set up for the snow.

For everyone that wired an amplifier in their Lightning, where did you run the power cable into the cab? I will be using a 4 gauge line that is pretty thick.

When manually shifting from 1st to second and second to third, does the ftvb speed up duration between shifts? It seems like it takes an awful long time for the tranny to kick into the next gear with my stock set up. :xpl:

Has anyone removed the lumbar knob from their Lightning? I bought a billet piece from UPR products to replace it and cant seem to pull the original one off. Any ideas how to get this sucker off? :shrug:
