I just got a new rear bumper cover.Does any one know how to take off the old one and replace it with a new one??Does any one have pic of it.I realy dont want to F@#$ anything up.If any one can help that would be great.Thanks!

Im about to get some ford racing gears. 4:10 or 3:73. Im not sure which ones to get? what do you guys think? And what one do i need ,8.8 rear end or 7.5.?
