I know it isn't much but does anyone know the toque specs of the 12 bolts for the valve cover baffels? They are extremely small and just want to make sure I get them in there right after I clean the under side of the valve covers.

I traded my turbo kit for an Engine and SC and with the deal came BBK long Tube Headers and an O/R X (not sure what brand). I really wanted to have a full Bassani exhaust or possibly a Kooks LT's and X.
They had some rust but cleaned it up and and hit them up...
I have noticed that my steering rack boot on the drivers side has a rip in it. Is this fixable or do I need to replace the entire rack? If so how much do the steering racks go for used and new so I can get an idea of what I need to spend.
