Where have you seen that mentioned? The ZL1 has 11 heat exchangers (not just for supercharger, obviously) and better cooling performance than the Z06, which apparently is noted for having heat issues at the roadcourse once ambient is in the 90s, IIRC.

It's gotta be factory supercharged with enough cooling that I can go lapping on the roadcourse without heat being a major issue. No aftermarket-supercharged car can fill that role.

Don Lasota is who tuned my car, and it's a pooch. So, yeah. And it has apparently-unsolvable drivability issues. This car has been nothing but a disappointment ever since the blower swap, and a lot of it is due to those two complaints.
