someone told me that the larger displacement of the new 5.8L engine only comes from a larger bore. 4mm increase in diameter (0,157") should do the job. I now wonder, if it can be done with the "old" iron block. Does some know it or have done it? How much increase is possible?

Front: 9x20 ET32 with Pirelli PZero 255/40/20
Rear: 10.5x20 ET42 with Pirelli PZero 295/35/20
Have to raise both front and read of the car, because the tires are so big.
Now I have a more musclecar-like look than before...

I upgraded my '07 GT500 with the Whipple 2.9L, 123mm MAF, Whipple CAI, Monoblade TB, 3.25" Pulley, Bosch 72s, 10% IW Balancer, KB Dual-BAP, Jon Lund Tune (93 Octane pump gas).
It seems that I have to put some octane in, if I want to increase my boost with a smaller pulley. Correct...
