Just purchased the stock 13gt500 mufflers, and lower valance panel. Dr3z 17f828-AB. I thought the valance panel just needed swapped. But the stock valance looks to be made into the bumper. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Car is on the lift as I'm writing this.

Possibly looking to trade, wanting to see what's out there. Trying to stay with 19". May do tire/wheel combo for the right deal. Might consider 20" as well. Wheels have no curb rash, they're perfect. 2500 miles.
