interior lights

ok i just got a great deal on a 97 cobra convt. triple black but shes got issues. the only ones that stump me are the electrical ones. 1.The gauge cluster is inop except for tach and speedo. 2.Electric fan wont come on(but does work when i jump it) may be the CCRM? 3.Parking lights and...
