traction lock

I have a 1992 Lincoln town car as my daily. It does not have a limited slip. I would like to get one for winter. A 28 spline t-lock from a mustang would work great. Also I would get a slightly higher gear ratio as well. 3.27's or 3.31's or even 3.55's. Thanks.
