00' GT Engine Swap

Does anyone have an engine swap write up or any other information for the following. My friend is a twinkie, and I have to do everything for him.

1) 4.6 SOHC to 4.6 DOHC Mark VIII or Cobra
2) 4.6 SOHC to 5.4 SOHC or DOHC
3) 4.6 SOHC to 5.0,5.8, or any OHV Windsor engines


The more info, the better. Including computer, harness, pulleys, accessories, electronics, radiator, ignition, electronic key for PATS if applicable, intake matching or any other in depth information involving the swap of the flimzy 4.6 SOHC.

id just forge the 4.6 and get some 4v heads and call it a day. Make more power and have a forged engine

I'm thinking we do a Mark VIII swap. Does anyone have info on that?
