Terminator short block assembly:
With our move complete, we have found of parts that we didn’t know we had. So we are going to build this Terminator short block. The compression will be 8.7 to 1 with 53 cc heads. We will start with a cast iron 2003 block and line bore the main bearing caps, bore and hone the block with plates +20 and then deck the block to get the surface quality to insure a good seal. We will use Manley dish pistons and the Total Seal plasma moly rings are included. The Cobra crank will be polished. We have SVT H beam rods with ARP2000 rod bolts installed. These rods will be pin fitted to the Manley pistons to get the correct clearances. ARP main studs will be installed. The main bearings are Speed Pro and rod bearings are ACL coated. The rotating assembly will be computer balanced and the rings fitted at assembly for a supercharged application. Once assembled, a rear seal retainer and seal will be installed. The short block will be crated and shipped. Cost is $3,200. Delivery is included to lower 48.
NO core charge.
There will be a $2400 deposit and the balance paid prior to shipping. The engine is scheduled ready for shipping in January. There is only one being built at this time.
