03 bumper fog light help!!

i was wondering are the lights for the 03/04 cobra front bumper different than the 99-01 cobra front bumper? because i had a 99-01 cobra front bumper and i bought an 03-04 and now the fogs that i had on the 99-01 dont seem to fit and i was wondering if they are different. any help would be appriciated thank you

i know the bezels are different for sure but the actual lights may be the same
