03 Cobra engine swap into 2000 GT questions

Ok so I have a local terminator motor + harness + ecu I'm debating on purchasing and installing into my 2000 gt. I have a few questions regarding it before I do this...

1. What fuel pump would be best if I have to run a single pump? Perhaps alongside a kb boost a pump?

2. T45 trans should bolt up no problem correct? Since the blocks should be " the same"

What else needs to be changed to make the swap work? I read briefly there's some wiring that needs to be changed or made to have it work but nothing in detail..

As far as the fuel pump use a 03/04 duel pump unit. I is a moduel assy, and will drop rite into the tank. The t45 trans will bolt up no problems but I dont suspect it to hold up long. Now for the wiring and ecu. That can go both ways to do the job rite. It can either be a big pain in the a## or quite simple. What year is the motor and ecu?
