40 grand for that car is too much. Nice to be that proud of your car and I don't blame you one bit ... BUT a couple of things to consider:

1. there was one of these on this board for 34K with less than a thousand miles on it.

2. I bought mine with 1250 miles on it from SC earlier this year for 32K.

Don't lowball him... make him a fair offer .. that car is worth between 32 and 35K no more and no less .... and you pay shipping on top of that .. but frankly it will be cheaper to fly out and pick it up yourself.
