05 Mustang GT Spoiler

Is this a delete option? I heard it was on the V6 but not on the GT. Here in Canada all Mustangs have the thing. Can we order a 2005 GT without the spoiler?

Yes you can, but has to be ordered that way. Most are coming with the spoiler.

Sounds good to me. Now my dealer just has to figure out the code for the spoiler-delete option.

Edit: my dealer is still trying to find out if we can delete order it up here in Canada.

You can get the delete option, or it can be taken off with a heat gun. It is just put on with glue like most of the bagdes. That's what the dealership told me. If that's true buy it with the sopiler, take it off and sell it to some stupid V6 who can't order them with spoilers.

Im pretty Sure It has at least One Hole drilled per side. Held On by Glue or some Type of Adhesive? I just Find that hard to believe.

Most dealers don't know much about the vehicles they are trying to sell. The spoiler is bolted on, with holes cut through the trunk in body build at the factory, before it goes through e-coat and paint.

Yeah...I hate that damn spoiler....make it a ducktail instead

I like Blue Poisons idea. It should have been more like the 03/03 Cobras spoiler.
