if you can find one, a 11-12 gt500, as stated. Newer gt500's have the aluminum block, which is stronger. Then a quick blower swap to the 2.3 tvs, either from a 13-14 gt500 or a vmp. Huge power gains and if you got the one from newer gt500, it looks 100% stock. It has a TR6060, so no worries on transmission problems like the coyote's. as a show/fun car with some spirited driving, it is the ultimate way to go. even if you stick with the stock eaton blower. The 07-10 gt500's are nice, but just dont have the aluminum block, which cuts off nose weight which helps quite a bit with the car. RS3's are great cars, but really need a 6r80 swap. Boss 302's are great, but not a 100% forged engine (forged pistons, and "sinter forged" rods, which are just slightly stronger than the "powder forged" stock coyote rods.) The 15+ coyote's (gen2) all have the boss rods, but standard pistons, which is good for as much power as a boss engine, roughly 800 wheel all day without issues. the 15 RS3's may not be in your price range, but you never know... what you need to do is figure out what you want, what sort of look your going for, or what sort of ride your wanting. look at the luxuries that each offer, and choose what you like the most. everyone has opinions on what is better. there are many options out there, and if you have 30k to spend, you have a decent amount of options. Decide what you want, and wait for it to happen. If you jump into something you dont 100% want, or if its not exactly what you want, you will never be happy.
