1965 Mustang Coupe Engine swap questions????

I am swapping a 200 ci i6 with a 302 5.0....now my question is will the tranny match up and do I have to get a new drive shaft or rear end? It is currently a 3 speed. I plan on getting a new bell housing obviously to make it a 4 speed.

More than likely your bell housing will mate to a 5 bolt early 289 pattern, not the later 289, 302, 351 six bolt pattern. Good luck with the swap.
