Some of you may or may not know who Ray Barton is but he is a big time HEMI guy and his son does all the drag racing now. His shop was INSANE. We had this engine built intially by a local reputable engine builder but my dad supplied all the new parts from mopar. About 17k in parts. We brought it up to Barton to have it dynoed and the engine almost came apart at idle. Ray had alot to say about "whoever" built the engine. Alot more money later, Barton rebuild the whole engine and dyoned it. They were very surprised that this engine made what it did for only being stroked to 472. It made 591 hp (@6000 rpm) and 539 torque (@5400). He said it should be over 600 with a good exhaust setup. This car is gonna be one hell of a street car. Ill ad more during the process. Its starting to move pretty fast now.

heres a picture of one of ray bartons cars
This is one of my dads cars. I think I may have posted a few pics in another thread months ago but since I just went up and picked the engine at Ray Bartons on Friday, i figured I would post up results and some of the resto pics.
