The car has heat but no a/c. All of the ac lines are still there you would just need to hook up a compressor and re-charge the a/c. I am sure there would be no problem with removing the nitrous. Just take out the bottle and bracket and pull the lines out and take the solenoid out of the arm of the C&L pipe.
