I'm looking for a project 94-96 Bronco to build as a toy. Maybe for hunting, long travel, not entirely sure all the uses yet. I'd like to stick to the 94-96 series with either the 5.0L or the 5.8L. I don't care if it's XL, XLT or Eddie Bauer. One thing I am noticing is the perceived market value and the book value are way different. Resale asking prices seem to be much higher than book prices. Example #1 - This 94 Eddie Bauer with 231,000 miles in pretty good condition but a rebuilt title is asking $6k: 1994 FORD BRONCO (5.8L V8) Example #2 - This 96 XL with only 90k miles is in fair condition inside and out. Clean title but still asking $6k: 1996 Ford Bronco Example #3 - another 94 Eddie Bauer with 378,000 miles. Not so good of shape, but clean title and asking $3,8000: 1994 ford bronco Are these the normal prices for these kind of Broncos now day? Or are these sellers priced high? If I had to pick from these 3, I think I'd go with #2 due to it being the last production year and lowest miles. Which of these 3 would you pick? And why? Thanks
