I am selling my 1996 SVT Cobra with only 42,000 miles. The original SVT certificate and window sticker are included. The car has a clean title and I believe I am the 3rd owner. I was told the original owner garage kept it for most of its life which I believe based on the condition. The car is mechanically sound and I would not hesitate to drive it across country. Below I will be as transparent as possible and list the positive and negatives of the vehicle. Positives: This cobra is a prime example of a clean/stock sn95 which are becoming hard to find. The car is in very good condition for the year and milage. The car runs and drives excellent as expected for a car with only 42,000 miles. The A/C is ice cold. As far as performance mods the car has a short throw shifter, Flowmaster catback, Ford Racing spark plug wires and a unknown brand CAI. The windows are tinted and it appears to have been done very well (I believe 5%). The interior is extremely clean and not molested like most. The dash still has the factory head unit and CD player. The paint was fully corrected two weeks ago it looks absolutely immaculate. Cons: At some point the wheels were replaced with Cobra R replicas and a couple of them are starting to peel. The tires have plenty of tread however they are dry rotted. The black leather seats are showing signs of cracking which is very common during this generation (still great shape, I am only being picky). The car is going to need front rotors. They are a little warped and you can feel a slight shake when the brakes are applied. The car is fully drivable and stops fine. I am located in southern New Jersey, approximately 25 minutes south of Philadelphia. The quickest way to contact me is by email. The price is $9,000.00 FIRM.
