1996 mystic cobra

I have the opportunity to purchase a mystic cobra with 96,XXX miles on the clock. 2nd owner is selling because he wants an 03 cobra.

32lb injectors, vortech s-trim, mac cat back, off road X, 3.73's...

I checked the VIN and the background is clear on the cobra. He is asking $9000 OBO. What should I offer him?

Yeah it is down in sierra vista, az...I just happened to run into the guy at my work tonight.

I am not sure if I can scrape up that kinda cash right now but hate to miss out on a deal like this.

BTW..USMCracing...I assume you are stationed in yuma. What is your MOS and what unit are you with? I was stationed in yuma back in 95.
